Most owners use the scan's memo to do one of three things: build the recommended workflow with me (a Quick Win or Sprint), take the memo to their internal team to build it themselves, or sit on it for a quarter until they're ready.

All three are good outcomes. The point is to give you a real plan for less than the cost of one bad consultant call, not to lock you into anything.

If we keep working together, half the scan fee comes off the cost of the first build.
