FORGED CORTEX / 2026ADVISORY + CORTEX LAB
AI JUDGMENT. PRODUCT STUDIO. ONE ACCOUNTABLE BUILDER.

I DON'T JUST TELL YOU WHAT AI CAN DO.I BUILD WHAT YOU NEED DONE.

Forged Cortex pairs senior AI and operations judgment with a hands-on product studio. Bring me the workflow, product, website, or ugly operational problem. I'll turn it into something useful and ship it.

THE OPERATING MODEL

ONE COMPANY. TWO WAYS INTO THE FORGE.

Advisory and Cortex Lab are not separate businesses. They are what happens when the person who sees the whole system can also build the answer. One side identifies what should happen. The other makes it real.

01 / BUILD ARMPRODUCT STUDIO

CORTEX//LAB

Custom software, web experiences, and AI-assisted systems built around the outcome you need, not the tool someone wants to sell you.

I BUILD
  • Custom applications and SaaS products
  • Operational tools and workflow automation
  • Business websites and landing systems
  • Deployment, data, integrations, and hardening
BEST STARTING POINT

You can describe the pain, the customer, or the result. You do not need to arrive with a technical specification.

APPS & PLATFORMS

SaaS products, customer portals, internal dashboards, and purpose-built tools that replace spreadsheet-and-inbox operations.

WEB & BRAND SYSTEMS

Websites that explain the business clearly, earn trust quickly, and arrive ready for search, analytics, and the next campaign.

HOW THE WORK MOVES

BRING THE MESS. LEAVE WITH THE SYSTEM.

01

BRING THE MESS

You bring the stuck workflow, half-formed product idea, ugly spreadsheet, or website that no longer fits the business.

02

FIND THE REAL JOB

I strip away the feature wishlist and define the smallest system that would create a meaningful result.

03

BUILD IT FOR REAL

Working software, real content, real data, real edge cases. You see progress in the product, not in a weekly slide deck.

04

SHIP THE DAMN THING

Deployment, handoff, analytics, security, and the last-mile details are included in the definition of done.

05

MAKE IT BETTER

Once people use it, I learn. I can keep iterating with you, or you can take the documented system and run with it.

THE ACCOUNTABILITY LAYER

THE SAME PERSON WHO IDENTIFIES THE PROBLEM ALSO ENGINEERS THE SOLUTION.

Forged Cortex is a one-person company on purpose. No sales layer. No account manager. No disappearing founder once the scope is signed.

I use AI as a force multiplier, not a substitute for judgment. Twenty-plus years in IT operations provides the scar tissue. Modern AI provides leverage. Crossing strategy, architecture, operations, and implementation keeps the whole system in view.

The principle is simple: less talking about the future of work, more shipping work that proves the point.

FORGED CORTEX / ADVISORY

SOMETIMES THE RIGHT DELIVERABLE IS A DECISION.

Advisory capabilities are for leaders who need experienced judgment before a build, during a rescue, or when the vendor story feels a little too clean.

TALK ADVISORY
QUESTIONS / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

THE PART WHERE I REMOVE AMBIGUITY.

01What is the difference between Cortex Lab and Forged Cortex Advisory?

Cortex Lab builds and ships the thing: applications, websites, automations, and the systems behind them. Advisory helps you decide what should be built, what should stay human, and whether a proposed project or vendor makes sense. Some engagements use one side. The best ones often use both.

02Do you only build AI products?

No. AI is a tool, not an admission requirement. If a conventional application, a better website, or a clean integration solves the problem, that is what gets built. The advantage is knowing where AI adds leverage and where it adds risk, cost, or theater.

03Can Cortex Lab take a product from idea through deployment?

Yes. Product shaping, UX, application development, infrastructure, data, authentication, deployment, analytics, and post-launch iteration can all live inside the engagement. Scope stays explicit, and the build is delivered in working increments.

04Do you work with existing applications and websites?

Yes. Greenfield builds are welcome, but rescue work is often more valuable. That can mean repairing an unreliable workflow, modernizing a site, untangling a deployment, adding a missing feature, or making an AI prototype safe enough for real use.

05Is Forged Cortex a one-person company?

Yes, by design. You work directly with Eric. AI and a disciplined toolchain create leverage, but accountability stays human. When a project needs a specialist beyond that model, the need is made explicit instead of hidden behind agency theater.

06What if my idea is still fuzzy?

Bring me the fuzzy version. A useful first conversation can start with a workflow everyone hates, a product you wish existed, a site that is costing you trust, or a recurring task that should not require a human afternoon. Clarity is part of the work.

CORTEX LAB + ADVISORY / INTAKE OPEN

BRING ME THE PROBLEMTHAT DOESN'T FIT NEATLY ANYWHERE.

You do not need the right job title, department, or technical specification. If you can describe where it hurts, I can find the system underneath it. Let's talk.

NO PITCH DECK. NO PERFECT BRIEF. BRING THE MESS.
